JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • In charge of check voucher and ensuring all vouchers and checks prepared are duly certified, and approved by authorized signatories
  • Releasing of all checks accurately to all supplier and internal customers
  • Preparing of BIR FORM 2307 for withholding taxes or supplier
  • Monitoring of cash flow, preparation of schedule and payables and other reports needed
  • Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a BS Accountancy or Accounting Information System graduate
  • Preferably with 1 year work experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, especially on excel
