  • Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates the safety programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety training and awareness and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates.
  • Monitor and update the HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the company
  • Enforce and audit activities to ensure it meets HSE guideline. Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit, and process it.
  • Co-ordinating with Statutory and Govt. authorities to fulfill the area specific legal requirements.
  • Planning for expected emergencies and train all the persons to carryout their role to minimise the losses
  • Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety management program including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.
  • Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
  • Shares environmental safety information with appropriate levels in the company.
  • Selection of PPE
  • Any other related duties as and‍‍‍ when assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in health & safety
  • Good physical condition
  • Excellent supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency preparedness.
  • Good communication skills and people skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
