I. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility. This role ensures compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines while supporting project management team with proper documentation workflows.
II. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage all project-related documents.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure proper filing, tracking, and version control.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain an updated record of changes.
- Records and interprets survey data for project documentation and progress tracking
. - Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation required for compliance and approvals.
III. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Business Administration or any related field
- With 1–3 years' experience in Construction
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of ISO standards and document management best practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
