About the role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at International Marketing Group . In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in gathering, analysing and interpreting data to drive informed business decisions and support our marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, clean, and organise data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations
  2. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing initiatives
  3. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights effectively
  4. Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable steps
  6. Identify areas for process improvements and help implement data-driven solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role, ideally within the Marketing or Market Research industry
  2. Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to uncover insights from complex data
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  5. Effective communication skills to translate technical information into actionable insights
  6. Familiarity with market research methodologies and best practices
  7. Relevant degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
