Summary

We are seeking a
Data Analyst
who will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and problem-solving around data, ensuring high-quality data management practices, and enabling data-driven business strategies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that data solutions align with operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business use of data and stakeholder requirements to support workflows and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with business units, digital platform, and delivery teams to provide data management direction for data foundation initiatives and product development.
  • Analyze current data management processes, practices, and tools while helping shape future data needs.
  • Contribute to the design of common information models and reusable data products.
  • Assess data quality concerns and drive mitigation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Advise on data integration patterns, data modeling, and data quality practices.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of data requirements, key data types, data definitions, and data creation processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to delivery teams for data-related projects.
  • Knowledge of finance data and SAP systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data quality frameworks.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with finance data and SAP is a plus.
