Your Role:

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:

  • Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using Planful
  • Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and assist with Board reporting
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet ongoing needs

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning
  • Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
