Job Summary:

  • Champion the Product lifecycle management of the whole service/product portfolio and innovation.
  • Responsible for the successful conclusion of the project by providing leadership, strategically managing risk, monitoring budgets, and making sure that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mainly focusing on the Consumer Product, Enterprise Product and Performance Management as well as the project management. Ensures attainment of department's objectives.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the whole product team (product leads)
  • Defines work expectations and ensures work progress of product team by monitoring, controlling activities, evaluating performance, enforcing discipline when necessary, and initiating career enhancement activities
  • Leads product insights, analysis, communicate product strategy, visioning, roadmap planning, prioritization, and budget.
  • Search and provide information on relevant technologies and challenges/trends and present solutions for change
  • Plan, ideate and oversee the product/service delivery phases and ensure timelines and agreed key metrics are met consistently.
  • Develop the product strategy and drive the UX/UI process in partnership with other stakeholders
  • Manage new and existing products covering development, acquisition features and benefits, portfolio management and profitability through relentless iterations/enhancements
  • Ensures that the company's overall strategy and goals are support by relevant products/services
  • Develops, submits for approval annual plans and programs, targets and/or budgets, directs their implementation and monitors progress to ensure attainment in accordance with Corporate direction.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products.
  • Ensures risk and security management are in place but taking into consideration and balancing customer experience. Identifies and escalates where there are gaps and ensures delivery of tactical and strategic remediation plans.
  • Acts and decides on all concerns, issues and problems; and recommends action and resolution for concerns, issues and problems beyond his scope of authority.
