  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas, with a strong focus on video storytelling
  • Community Engagement Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community relationships
  • Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content, when appropriate
  • Build a sense of community and connection by identifying opportunities for meaningful interactions
  • Platform Oversight Manage day-to-day operations across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our email newsletter campaigns
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on social media growth and engagement, with actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Boost posts strategically to amplify reach and engagement
  • Conduct SEO keyword and competitor analyses to generate fresh, relevant content ideas
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns by uploading and managing pre-written content in tools like Mailchimp

Job Qualification:

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, with a focus on organic growth
  • Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube strategies, with a track record of growing audiences
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media performance metrics
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in SEO and email marketing tools like Mailchimp is preferred
