Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, brand storytelling, and audience engagement strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, original content (images, videos, graphics, captions) tailored to social media platforms.
  • Write a compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
  • Implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve ROI.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in content creation and social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AIs).
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Silang, Cavite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Video creation/editing and graphic design experience.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
