Role Introduction

We are a startup digital brand marketing firm based in Makati, seeking a Digital & Social Media Assistant with influencer-level experience to support personal branding and social media initiatives. This role is ideal for a content creator who has built an engaged audience and wants to apply their influence, creativity, and platform knowledge in a professional agency environment.

Employment Type & Work Setup

  • Full-time role
  • Hybrid work arrangement (combination of on-site and remote work; schedule to be discussed)
  • Salary: To be discussed (based on experience, portfolio, and demonstrated reach)

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Support

  • Assist in managing and growing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Support content scheduling, posting, caption writing, and basic optimization
  • Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across platforms

Influencer-Level Content Creation

  • Assist in creating short-form and long-form video content
  • Participate in on-camera content as needed for campaigns
  • Apply creator insights to optimize content for reach, engagement, and platform performance

Analytics & Performance Support

  • Track performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and audience growth
  • Assist in compiling reports and content insights
  • Identify trends, content formats, and opportunities based on platform behavior

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work collaboratively with senior managers, creatives, and external partners
  • Support campaign execution, brand collaborations, and content rollouts
  • Assist with coordination tasks related to social media and influencer campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Experience as a content creator, micro-influencer, or social media assistant
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional social media or content creation experience required
  • Minimum of 10,000 followers on at least one major social media platform
  • Demonstrated achievement of 25,000+ views on a post or piece of content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and content formats
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and content ideation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Preferred

  • Background in marketing, communications, media, or related fields
  • Basic skills in video editing or content production tools
  • Experience supporting brand or campaign-based content
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
