You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms such as websites, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and email. You'll work closely with our Communications teams to ensure campaigns are not only well-executed but also effective in meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, email, SEO/SEM, display ads, etc.)
  • Design, manage, and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs (e.g. CPC, CPA, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
  • Analyze trends and user behavior to optimize campaigns and ad spend
  • Develop and test new ideas to drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Improve user journeys by analyzing the customer experience across multiple digital touchpoints
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking and optimize marketing funnels
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure campaign success
  • Stay current with new digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Provide clear, actionable reports to track campaign success and support strategic decisions

What You'll Need:

Education:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • (or completion of a digital marketing training program/course)

Preferred Certifications:

  • Google Analytics certification (preferred but not required)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/META Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console, META Insights)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sheets, etc.)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong collaboration and communication skills
