The Assistant Manager, Accounting will assist the Senior Manager, Accounting in overseeing the branch’s accounting functions. The role is primarily responsible for the administrative tasks in the department and is the Officer-in-Charge of the department in the absence of the Senior Manager, Accounting. Responsibilities Ensure that audit procedures are strictly followed and resolved by Accounting Associates and Accounting Assistants Review Accounting Staffs’ compliance with administrative policies and issue notices of violation when needed Prepare timely regulatory and financial reports, and forward to BAM/direct superior for further review and approval Plan, lead, organize and control the work done by Accounting Associates and Accounting Assistants Build talent and teams creating a performance‑focused culture built around the SM values Manage performance by setting clear expectations, reviewing progress, rewards and recognition, coaching, feedback and evaluating performance Key Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years supervisory / audit experience Proficient in standard accounting principles and processes and in government laws on taxation With Systems Application and Products (SAP) Finance System Knowledge and Skills CPA is an advantage Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Accounting Get notified about new Accounting Manager jobs in Bacoor, Calabarzon, Philippines . #J-18808-Ljbffr
