Your primary goal will be generating leads and closing sales for local advertisers targeting small companies (insurance agencies, trades, home services, local shops, etc.). Key Responsibilities Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls to small business owners in the U.S. Build a pipeline of qualified leads Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow‑ups, objection handling, and closing. Track outreach, pipeline, and conversions using CRM tools. Hit and exceed monthly sales targets. Qualification and Requirements Proven experience in B2B cold outreach and sales selling to U.S. companies. Strong understanding of SMB markets (insurance, trades, services, local businesses). Excellent spoken and written English; confident in phone and email communication. Comfortable with high‑volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn). Hunter mentality: persistent, resilient, and target‑driven. Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus. Ability to work U.S. business hours.
