Talent Acquisition Specialist - HYBRID

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role is critical in driving the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The right candidate will help attract top talent and support the organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure an efficient recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment law compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment tools and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in U.S. recruitment
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

  • Recruitment background in clinical or behavioral health environments
  • Experience handling high-volume or specialized recruitment
