Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening partnerships, assisting in sales promotion activities, and analyzing sales performance trends.
  • Close coordination with partners, community/center leaders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure effective execution of promos, active monitoring of sales data, and meaningful engagement in the field.
  • Frequent travel to provinces and participation in center and area visits.

Qualifications:

  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) for partner coordination, reporting, and presentations.
  • A data-driven, people person who is eager and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with sales/CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Creative skills for designing simple promotional materials.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, especially in fieldwork and provincial assignments.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and field units.
  • Customer-centric and empathetic in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
