About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B food sales to handle and grow the sales of Moonsky and Sunny Fruitlet brands. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved in compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for Moonsky and Sunny Fruitlet.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and clients.
- Coordinate with the management and the production team to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B food sales (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in the food manufacturing or ingredients sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety systems preferred
- Willing to travel for client visits and business meetings
