About the role:

In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology team, you will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to support the growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Collect, analyse, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights
  2. Build and maintain efficient data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to present data in a clear and meaningful way
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  4. Implement data governance protocols to ensure data integrity and security
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to enhance your skills and deliver maximum value

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data
  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  5. Familiarity with data modelling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts
  6. Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
