Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Data Analyst
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to support decision-making, improve processes, and optimize business performance. You will work closely with various departments to transform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
  • Use statistical methods to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication skills—able to translate complex data into simple insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
