
Business Support Coordinator

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Coordination & Monitoring:
a. Track the progress of Sales Orders from entry to delivery and ensure they are processed within agreed timelines.
b. Coordinate with Operations to ensure prompt fulfillment and dispatch of orders.
c. Proactively identify issues that may delay order processing and work with the team to resolve them.
Stock & Inventory Verification:
a. Check product availability in the warehouse and through the inventory system before confirming order commitments.
b. Conduct a sample check in the warehouse and provide a picture of the available stock if necessary.
Customer Communication:
a. Provide timely, accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
b. Communicate any delivery issues, stock shortages, or changes to order timelines.
Internal Communication & Support:
a. Serve as the liaison between Sales, Operations, and other Business Support team members.
b. Escalate urgent or critical order issues to appropriate stakeholders.
c. Ensure all order-related information is accurately shared across departments.
Documentation & Reporting:
a. Maintain clear and up-to-date records of Sales Orders, stock checks, and order status in internal systems.
b. Generate reports on fulfillment status, stock-related issues, and customer service performance.
Additional Duties:
a. Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:1. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of related work experience.
