We're looking for a
Business Support & Systems Specialist
to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and have a strong background in business systems, this is your chance to make an impact

What You'll Do

  • Support and maintain key business applications including
    MS Dynamics Business Central
    ,
    LS Central
    , and other retail systems.
  • Manage support tickets and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    MS Business Central
    ,
    LS Retail
    , and
    Power BI
    .
  • Solid IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Makati.
