As part of our team, you'll play a key role in managing customer orders, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle orders received via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy with product numbers, pricing, and discounts.
  • Respond to client inquiries or concerns related to accounts or products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter order data into the database while maintaining up-to-date sales records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing or any business-related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • An empathetic, people-oriented personality with a knack for handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Sicangco Bldg. Mac Arthur Highway, Brgy. San Rafael, Tarlac City
  • Amenable to work during weekends and holidays.
