We are looking for Production Shift Controllers to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations during designated shifts. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements work schedule and ensures that lines adhere to required production quality standards
  • Monitors work performance and behavior of Line Leaders and workers and ensure adherence to work standards and company rules
  • Ensures proper and immediate containment of defective product and abnormal line condition in the work area
  • Ensure efficient use of production resources and effective implementations of production systems, standards and policies
  • Work collaboratively with Engineers, Line Leaders and Technicians to address abnormal conditions/ problems

Job Qualifications:

  • At least two or more years' experience as Shift Controller/ Line Leader
  • Knowledge on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHS 18001
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications specifically Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint

We are also accepting candidates outside Cebu who are open to relocation. This position entails full-time on-site work.
