  1. Managing Production Processes - Oversees production ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish

  2. Meet production targets by monitoring production schedules and work to ensure that production goals are met on time and within budget.

  3. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process, implementing quality control measures and ensuring products meet specifications.

  4. Identify and address any issues that arise during the production process, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

  5. Managing Personnel - Oversee and supervise production staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance and coaching.

  6. Train new employees on safety procedures, equipment operation and quality standards. - Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.

  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and communication among staff.

  8. Ensuring Safety and Compliance

  9. Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

  10. Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.

  11. Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring that all production activities adhere to established guidelines.

  12. Communication and Collaboration

  13. Communicate effectively with other departments, including maintenance, quality control and management to ensure seamless production.

  14. Compile production records, analyze data and prepare reports for management

.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
