Job Title: Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team (5 FTEs including Accounting Manager)
  • Oversee financial operations supporting ~700 employees and 400–500 clients
  • Handle budgeting, costing, invoicing, salary analysis, and financial modeling
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders across departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in Finance & Accounting
  • At least 2 years as a Financial Controller or similar role in a
    foreign-owned
    ,
    shared services
    , or
    outsourcing
    environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and tech-savviness
  • Experience with financial systems such as
    Xero
    (preferred),
    SAP
    , or similar
  • Exposure to process automation and improvement

Organizational Setup:

  • Reports directly to Executive Level
  • Manages a team of 5 FTEs
