Sales Engineer is an entry-level Sales position. He/She works with mid and senior management to improve our
market position to achieve financial growth. He also promotes sales of company products through contacts with firms,
agencies and individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospects for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Researches and Identifies potential clients, and the decision makers.
Builds relationships with new clients.
Plans exhibits and other marketing events as required.
Sets sales targets and provides support to continually improve the relationship with both new and current clients.
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Persuades existing clients to obtain additional products and make sure that they will have a repeat order.
Builds proposal and ensure timely submission to clients.
Responds to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner and initiate meeting invites.
Submit bids or quotations to entities concerned.
Follows up quotations submitted to customers.
Explains to prospective clients about the advantages of the products offered and follow-up with them in order to close
the business deals.
Achieves/Exceeds sales quota target of Php1 million on a quarterly basis.
Closes at least 2 new clients on a monthly basis.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers.
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment and supply needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support

Requirements Job Specification: Sufficient knowledge of the Electricity and Power Industry
Education: Requires a Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or Electrical Engineering, Licensed Electrical

Engineer is a plus.

Experience: At least 2 years in Sales and Marketing
Skills & Qualifications: Networking Skills, Persuasive, Sales Planning, Ability to Research potential market, clients and
possible products, Ability to identify client's needs & challenges, Professional, Computer knowledge of Microsoft, Strong
Presentation Skills

Benefits Employment type : Regularization after 6-month probationary period
HMO : Intellicare (MBL up to PHP 100,000), effective after 6 months
Leave Benefits : 15 SL and 15 VL, eligible after 1 year of service (Convertible to cash)
Bonus : Annual performance-based bonuses
Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
