Operations Builder - Founding Team Member

Location: Manila, Philippines (On-Site)

Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week


The Mission

We are a fast-growing company, and our operations are a beautiful mess. We have more customers, more data, and more moving parts every single day. What we don't have yet are all the systems to manage it.

We are not looking for someone to simply fill a role. We are looking for a builder—the kind of person who sees a tangled process and gets excited to untangle it. If you are the one who naturally creates order from chaos, who builds checklists, templates, and systems where none exist, then stop reading and start applying.

This is Not a Job For Someone Who Needs a Detailed Map.

This is for the problem-solver who draws the map themselves.


What You Will Build

Your primary responsibility is to identify what's broken, inefficient, or missing, and then build a robust solution.

  • Turn Manual Chaos into Scalable Systems: You will take our hands-on, ad-hoc processes (like client onboarding, data tracking, and internal reporting) and build the first version of a reliable, scalable system.
  • Own Our Biggest Operational Headaches: You will be given a challenge like "Our client follow-up is inconsistent" or "We waste hours every week on manual reports." Your mission is to diagnose it, design a fix, and implement it.
  • Be the Engine of Efficiency: You will work across teams, listen to their pain points, and connect the dots to make our entire operation faster and smarter.
  • Iterate Relentlessly: The system you build in your first month will likely be rebuilt in your third month as we grow. You are not here to create a monument, but to build a foundation that can evolve.
