Our APAC Operations team owns the full journey from planning and production to delivery and customer satisfaction. We're seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial leader to evolve and steer the regional organization into its next era.

Reporting directly to our Chief Operations Officer, you will operate at the center of decision-making, with visibility, trust, and empowerment to shape what comes next. You won't just execute strategy; you'll influence it.

Your mission:
transform Operations into the architects of our future success, shaping how we grow, how we allocate capital, how fast we move, and how resilient and sustainable we become. You'll have a direct hand in driving profitability, operational speed, supply chain innovation, and customer delight across a fast-scaling region.

What You'll Lead

  • Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a bold strategic vision for Operations in APAC, ensuring every team understands the plan and their role in making it happen
  • Leadership Excellence: Build, empower, and inspire high-performing teams that embrace innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the bridge that turns ideas into action; bringing teams together, aligning priorities, and empowering everyone at Emma to move faster and smarter towards shared goals
  • Transformation & Change: Elevate operations from a support function to a strategic value creator shaping Emma's future success
  • Customer Success: Design and lead a best-in-class operational model that consistently delivers outstanding customer experience across all channels
  • P&L Ownership: Manage budgets and capital with precision, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency go hand in hand
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Create a scalable, modern supply chain that balances cost, flexibility, and resilience to fuel high-growth expansion
  • Tech & Data Integration: Partner with Tech teams to embed digital solutions, automation, and data intelligence at the core of our operations
