  • Background in real estate, construction, or property development is a plus

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Outsourced Pro Global. In this role, you'll ensure smooth project delivery by coordinating with builders, agents, and stakeholders, while maintaining data accuracy and supporting continuous improvement. If you're passionate about real estate operations and project workflows, we'd love to hear from you

What We're Looking For:
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. , Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in real estate or property development (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with agents, builders, and developers to collect and update project details
  • Manage and maintain project data using relevant project management tools
  • Track project milestones and flag risks or potential issues
  • Support internal teams through meeting participation and updates
  • Identify and suggest improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
