Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the consumer journey and how to create meaningful touchpoints throughout.
  • Ability to handle and analyse data comfortably and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience managing data entry, monitoring, and system updates.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention strategies is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO, CRM, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, or any other related fields
