I. Core Position Information Position Title: CRM Product Manager (Consulting Focus) Work Location: Flexible base location, with travel required to support project delivery. Working Language: Chinese and English as working languages; cross-cultural communication skills are essential. Salary: Negotiable II. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Demand Management: Deeply engage with overseas retail industry clients, lead CRM-related demand research and analysis, and develop end-to-end CRM product solutions and implementation roadmaps aligned with market trends and client strategic objectives. Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire CRM product lifecycle from requirement definition, solution design, and implementation to optimization and iteration. Deliver functional requirements, user stories, and solution blueprints to ensure product value realization. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery: Coordinate internal technical and design teams, along with client-side cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing, to drive projects towards on-target delivery. Resolve product-related issues during implementation, ensuring project quality and timelines. Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data analysis tools to extract value from customer behavior and business data. Identify opportunities for CRM process optimization and propose product iteration recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and improve key business metrics. Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a CRM domain expert by providing product usage training and technical support to clients. Document project case studies and best practices to contribute to team capability enhancement. III. Qualifications & Requirements Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher. Overseas study/work experience, or certifications in product management/customer experience are advantageous. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CRM product management, including at least 1 year within the consulting industry or online/offline retail sector. Experience delivering multinational projects is preferred. Professional Skills: Proficient in CRM system architecture and product design logic; familiarity with mainstream domestic and international CRM platforms is preferred. Solid understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies and agile development processes, with the ability to independently write high-quality requirements documentation. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using data tools to derive insights and translate them into product strategy. Skilled in using relevant tools for prototyping and solution presentation. Core Competencies: Strategic thinking ability to translate client business goals into clear product roadmaps and OKRs. Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective coordination of internal and external resources. Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to frequent international travel and fast-paced project environments. Strong customer-centric mindset and innovative thinking, capable of accurately identifying client pain points and providing effective solutions.
