Account Management

  • Attends client meetings and prepares needed presentations
  • Prepares contact reports detailing discussions and agreements during client meetings
  • Reports progress of deliverables and escalates issues, if any, to direct superior

Client Servicing

  • Performs research tasks on the client or brand, and its industry to gather relevant and credible sources for presentations and editorial requirements
  • Produces a wide range of editorial materials, such as press releases, speeches, talk points, that reflects the client's or brand's personality and key messages
  • Seeds client-approved press releases to the media by participating in media rounds or by emailing the media; Confirm if media received the press releases through phone follow ups.
  • Culls reports from iSentia, broadsheets, and any news articles online that may be significant to the client (such as those relating to the industry, client's competitors); Closely works with the media relations team to monitor trends and pick ups
  • Summarizes the media values of pick-ups in a publicity report and submit to client
  • Establishes and sustains media connections through interactions during media rounds, roundtables, exclusive pitches, press conferences, and other media events
  • Develops media list and media invites for clients' events
  • Supports events for client's campaigns by assisting with administrative and logistical preparations
  • Knows the creative production process and works closely with internal or external suppliers; Manage end-to-end engagement of various suppliers tapped for clients' events
  • Establishes professional relationships with industry experts, digital influencers, bloggers and other personalities that may be tapped for client's events

Qualification

  • ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: Fresh graduate; Agency exposure during internship is an advantage
  • SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: At least 1 year of work experience in the communication field; Agency exposure for at least 1 year is an advantage.
