Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team. The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet company and project standards in line with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process fabrication, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation
  • Coordinate and perform welding inspections, including reviewing WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
  • Monitor NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) processes and reports
  • Ensure all fabrication and erection work follows project specifications, codes, and standards (e.g., AWS, AISC)
  • Support third-party and client inspections as needed
  • Report any quality issues and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain calibration records of inspection tools and equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation for project handover (e.g., inspection reports, material certificates, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related field)
  • Experience in structural steel fabrication and erection is preferred
  • Knowledge of welding, NDT, and related quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Certification in QC, welding inspection (e.g., CSWIP, AWS CWI) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
