About the role
Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Executive - Risk and Compliance to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the risk and compliance functions within our organization, ensuring we adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards. Your strategic leadership and extensive expertise will be crucial in safeguarding our operations and maintaining the trust of our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Performing daily random audits of computer systems to check the effectiveness of IT controls.
- Coordinating and conduct Compliance Induction for new joiners.
- Provide developmental training to staff within defined timeline based on business needs.
- Maintain updated centralized master list for all compliance related functions.
- Periodic review and up gradation of all mandatory, essential, MR/ISM manual, and procedure documents
- To plan and conduct Risk & Compliance awareness test to employees at 6-month interval.
- Prepare and publish the Compliance awareness and Medicare assessment report.
- To follow up, Guide, Review and close CAPA and audit observations as per agreed timelines
- Review audit checklists to improve effectiveness.
- To monitor and ensure continual improvement on QMS/ISMS/SOC audits.
- Coordination with software team/other process owners on any requirements related to Quality online.
- Assist and guide the stakeholders on Reporting and closing of the incidents.
- Security event and incident management (identify security events / incidents, conduct investigation as per manager's guidance, gather evidence, report to relevant authorities, follow-up for preventive measures and closures)
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior risk and compliance role, preferably within the call center or customer service industry
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the call center sector
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex risks
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights
