LEARNING & GROWTH PERSPECTIVE:

  1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs.

  2. Evaluate employees and the organizational development needs by implementing the Competency Assessment Tool (CAT) and Employee Development Plant (EDP) creation.

  3. Assistance to research, planning, and implementation of training programs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

  4. Assistance in conducting training programs based on the TNA results. 5. Assist in the creation of training exams and evaluations. 6. Conduct and facilitate the succession planning program.

PROCESS PERSPECTIVE:

  1. Maintains reports and accurately tracks training and learning development programs and activities.

  2. Monitors utilization of Learning Management System (LMS) and other training-related tools 3. Provides assistance to program HR principles, practices, and procedures relative to policy interpretation and implementation.

CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE:

  1. Help build the career growth of the employee through appropriate training development programs.

  2. Supports the Talent Management team in achieving departmental goals.

  3. Develop and help build a career program for employee's betterment.

FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE:

  1. Tracks and maintains accurate records of training budget utilization.

  2. Ensure that provided training remains within the training allocation or obtain necessary approval for training exceeding the training budget.

  3. Support the team in finding means to achieve savings out of training activities and expenses.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains a high customer service focus by approaching all job duties with both internal and external customers always in mind.

  2. To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.

  7. The TM Sr. Management Trainee will have to perform other duties that may be required by management from time to time and is expected to be ready and responsible when assigned to other positions as may be required by the TM Head/Manager.

Requirements

  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development roles

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Familiarity with HR processes and employee development programs

  • Experience in designing and developing training materials and resources is preferable

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand, or similar platforms

  • Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferred

Work Related Experience

  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Familiarity with HR processes and employee development programs

  • Experience in designing and developing training materials and resources is preferable
