  • Supervise day-to-day site operations and monitor work progress.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to design and safety standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
  • Review and interpret engineering designs, schematics, and layout plans.
  • Monitor material deliveries and manage inventory of tools and equipment on-site.
  • Ensure proper installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (progress, quality, safety).
  • Liaise with quality and HSE teams to ensure full compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Support commissioning activities and assist in system testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in site engineering roles, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electrical wiring, and solar farm construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards such as IEC, NEC, and local electrical codes.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in remote or rural project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
