Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

Job Description:

  • Oversee and implement the Quality Assurance and Control program for all electrical works.
  • Conduct inspection and testing of electrical installations, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
  • Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Test Reports.
  • Monitor the installation and commissioning of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, grounding, and fire alarm systems.
  • Identify and document non-conformances and ensure proper corrective actions are implemented.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors for inspection scheduling and approvals.
  • Maintain updated quality documentation and support ISO audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1-2 years experience in QA/QC for electrical works in building, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  • Knowledgeable in electrical testing, commissioning, and standards (PEC, IEC, NFPA)
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and quality audit procedures
  • With QA/QC Certification or ISO Auditor Certificate (advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office and electrical documentation systems
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and flexible with project schedules
