We are seeking a SUPERSTAR BDC Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a high-energy, high-call-volume environment, have a neutral accent, and love converting leads into qualified prospects, we want to hear from you
Position Summary
As a BDC Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to maximize inbound and outbound opportunities, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments that convert to sales. Through effective communication, follow-up, and collaboration, you will ensure every lead receives professional attention and a seamless path into the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Handle a high volume of inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online platforms. Average of 100+ calls daily.
 - Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers from marketing campaigns and lead lists.
 
Lead Qualification & Pre-Approval
- Ask relevant questions to assess customer needs, credit challenges, and budget.
 - Gather essential customer information (e.g., employment, income verification) for prequalification.
 - Provide an overview of the BHPH financing process and answer initial questions.
 
Appointment Setting & Follow-up
- Schedule and confirm dealership appointments with warm, qualified leads.
 - Follow up promptly on missed or rescheduled appointments.
 - Track appointment conversion rates and recommend improvements.
 
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
 - Manage a clear pipeline of prospects with consistent reminders and follow-up actions.
 
Collaboration with Sales & Finance
- Partner with sales to ensure smooth handoff of prequalified customers.
 - Share key customer details with finance for faster processing.
 
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report metrics: call volume, contact rates, appointment set rates, and show rates.
 - Contribute ideas to improve scripts and customer handling.
 
Qualifications
Experience
- 1–2 years of inside sales, call center, or BDC experience preferred.
 - Automotive dealership or BHPH experience a strong plus.
 - Demonstrated success in appointment setting or sales goals.
 
Skills & Abilities
- Little or NO accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
 - Proficiency in CRM systems and accurate data entry.
 - Goal-oriented and persistent with strong follow-up skills.
