Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in revolutionizing remote workforce management for a major client operation. You'll be instrumental in ensuring productivity, compliance, and operational excellence across a diverse 200+ person remote workforce spanning multiple departments including HR, customer service, marketing, and bookkeeping. Using advanced monitoring technologies like Time Doctor, you'll implement quality control systems that directly impact business performance while developing expertise in large-scale remote workforce management. This role offers the perfect blend of analytical work, strategic oversight, and meaningful impact in optimizing distributed team operations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess productivity of 200+ remote employees using Time Doctor and advanced tracking software
  • Conduct comprehensive daily reviews of 20-40 employees on a strategic rotating basis to ensure complete workforce coverage
  • Analyze employee activity data to identify productivity gaps, potential system manipulation, and compliance issues
  • Generate detailed performance reports on workforce productivity, attendance, and key performance metrics
  • Verify employees are completing assigned workloads and consistently meeting performance standards
  • Ensure proper adherence to work schedules and attendance requirements across all team members
  • Identify and report potential payroll fraud or unauthorized personnel within company systems
  • Provide strategic quality control oversight across multiple departments including HR, bookkeeping, customer service, and marketing
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement innovative productivity improvement strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Time Doctor or similar employee monitoring and productivity tracking software
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex productivity data and identify meaningful patterns
  • Solid understanding of business operations and remote workforce management principles
  • Exceptional integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Experience working with numerical data and understanding work complexity across different business functions
  • Sharp attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies and potential operational issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to management
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high accountability standards
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new monitoring and reporting tools
