About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Product Listing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating, updating, and managing product listings on our WooCommerce website. The ideal candidate will have a background in eCommerce, with the technical skills and accuracy required to ensure product information is well-presented and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update product details, descriptions, pricing, and images in WooCommerce.
  • Conduct product research to gather relevant and competitive information for listings.
  • Apply basic HTML formatting to product descriptions for clear and consistent presentation.
  • Ensure all product data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain product catalog integrity.
  • Perform regular quality checks on listings to avoid errors or inconsistencies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in eCommerce platforms, preferably WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of HTML for formatting product descriptions.
  • Strong product research skills to identify accurate information and improve listings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good written English skills for clear product descriptions.
Nice-to-Have Skills (not required but a plus):
  • Experience with SEO for product listings.
  • Familiarity with image editing tools for product photos.
