Product Specialist Imaging

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our imaging products, providing in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients, sales teams, and internal personnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver impactful content, product materials, and presentations.
  • Assist with the development of product positioning and messaging to align with market needs.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to support continuous improvement of our imaging products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product use, installation, and integration.
  • Provide support for product launches, including product testing, training sessions, and post-launch assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Imaging Technology, Healthcare, or similar).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical imaging or related technologies (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT scans, Ultrasound).
  • In-depth knowledge of medical imaging systems, their applications, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in product management, sales support, or clinical applications preferred.
  • Ability to travel (if applicable) for client visits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
