Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of financial statements and reports in line with PFRS.
  • Supervise GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closings.
  • Prepare and review audit and regulatory supporting schedules.
  • Monitor PEZA/BOI incentive compliance and reporting.
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage the accounting team and handle general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy; CPA license required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably from public accounting or external audit firms.
  • Experience with PEZA and/or BOI-registered entities is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
