HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct sourcing of applicants through various employment or social media platforms
Conduct initial interviews and facilitate assessments
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Conduct an end-to-end recruitment.
Assist with performance management procedures
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
Job Requirements:
College Graduate of BSBA Human Resources or BS Psychology
Preferably with more than 1 year HR experience
Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain hard copy and electronic records of employees (201 Files)
