Job Overview
We are looking for an HR & Admin Intern to support documentation, DTR monitoring, and compliance tasks. This internship provides practical HR and administrative experience with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, record, and verify employees' Daily Time Records (DTR) for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in organizing, updating, and filing employee documents and HR records.
- Support the preparation of HR-related reports, forms, and compliance requirements.
- Help coordinate submission and tracking of pre-employment and onboarding documents.
- Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient office and HR operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Note:
This is an unpaid internship. Outstanding interns who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for full-time employment after completion of the program.
