The Admin Intern will assist the Admin Team in supporting the company's business permit renewal process by helping prepare, collect, and organize required documents, while also providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Business Permit Renewal Support
- Assist in collecting and verifying documents needed for business permit processing.
- Organize and maintain file records, including both physical and digital copies.
- Support the coordination and tracking of payments related to permit applications.
- Prepare simple reports, status updates, and documentation summaries
Administrative Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining admin files, databases, and online documents.
- Assist in basic office tasks such as sorting forms and organizing materials.
- Provide support in scheduling, document tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents handled by the Admin Team.
YOUR TALENT AND ABOUT YOU:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Office Administration or other related course.
- Basic understanding of office processes and document handling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new tools.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Can do onsite Mon-Fri.
