Technical Supervisor

Work Details:

  • Location: Metro Manila
  • Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Regular working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the National Sales Manager and Chief Operations Officer
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines
  • Perform alignment, calibration, quality control, testing, and evaluation of machines prior to delivery
  • Conduct client orientations, demonstrations, and actual machine runs
  • Submit regular technical and activity reports related to operations
  • Be "on call" to address client concerns beyond regular working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Request and coordinate for backup units when machine issues cannot be resolved promptly
  • Monitor machine performance and check reagent expiration dates during client visits
  • Provide reminders and technical guidance to end-users on proper machine use and maintenance
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and performance compliance of engineers within assigned areas

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Graduate of B.S. ECE, B.S. Electronics Engineering, or any related 4-year Engineering course (with or without PRC license)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role handling subordinates
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and computer literacy skills

Other Qualifications:

  • Patient, hardworking, fast learner, and adaptable
  • Can handle pressure and work with minimal supervision
  • Physically fit and willing to travel nationwide
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Honest, responsible, resourceful, and eager to grow with the company
