Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Construction, Composite, and Cleaning divisions in Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and penetrate untapped areas.
  • Monitor regional sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business presentations to promote products and services.

2. Team Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and guide area sales representatives and account executives assigned to Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, and Warehouse teams to support customer needs and logistics.

3. Key Account & Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and distributors in the region.
  • Handle major accounts and support in closing high-value deals.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and after-sales service.

4. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the region and suggest counter-strategies.

5. Product Knowledge & Technical Support

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products in all three divisions.
  • Work with Technical Team to ensure customers are properly supported during product trials and applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
