Position: Purchase Ledger Controller

Your Role:
  • Accounts payable processing – for stock and non-stock items.
  • Matching of Invoices scanned from Zone Capture to Purchase Orders raised.
  • Sending any invoice queries to Purchasing for approval.
  • Actively monitoring and managing the list of invoices sent to Purchasing department for approval on queries.
  • Month end statement checks.
  • Dealing with supplier query's and chasing calls.
  • Organising periodic and monthly payment run proposals and processing payments both on the Netsuite ERP system and the bank.
  • Dealing with Expenses processing and payment.
  • Dealing with credit card entries and month statements and reporting.
  • Petty Cash reconciliation and control.
What You Need:
  • Ideally a university graduate.
  • Ideally at least two years experience of Purchase Ledger work or Accounts Payable
  • Experience of Netsuite very desirable.
