
Sales Development Executive

The Sales Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business opportunities that drive revenue growth. This role requires building strong relationships, leveraging broad networks, and proactively engaging potential clients to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to promote company offerings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align on sales campaigns and client requirements.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to spot new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php27,000.00 per month
