JOB SUMMARY:

Sales Executive highlights experience in building strong client relationships, consistently exceeding sales targets and developing effective sales strategies. Sales Executive is tasked to sell products and services of the company. And has a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, closing deals, strong listening and negotiating skills. Knowledgeable and confident in giving sales presentations and attending networking events.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its products and services
  • Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and activity quotas
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales techniques
  • Conduct incisive and insightful research or markets and competitors
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Graduate of Business, Medical, or any related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or diagnostics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business-to-business and institutional relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare market trends and ability to analyze business opportunities effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other sales/business tools
  • Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time
  • Marketing experience is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the same industry, is an advantage
