Job Overview:

The Hino Service Advisor is under the direct supervision of the General Manager. He/She is responsible for assisting the customers for diagnosis, estimation, and documentation of the service and repairs of their truck or bus units. The Service Advisor handles customers' concerns, inquiries, and complaints and ensures that releases are properly and timely carried out pursuant to his commitment to the customer.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably of Mechanical Engineering or any technical course;
  • Experience in an automotive dealership is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of basic automotive mechanical functions;
  • Customer-service oriented;
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills;
  • Time management ability
